Basic Socks Pattern (PDF Pattern Only)

This socks pattern is suitable for intermediate knitters, or beginners who are comfortable with Double Pointed Needles.

This pattern is stretchy, and fits most adult foot sizes. The length of the Leg section and Foot section can be altered to your preference.

This pattern was designed with alpaca sock yarn, but of course you can substitute for any other 3-ply light weight or fingering weight sock yarn with the same gauge. Heavier weight yarns will result in your socks resembling slippers, but will still make a beautiful garment. Look for Nylon in your yarn for strength and durability.
